Hi, I am Khaleel Danladi Yakubu.

I am a Portrait and Wedding photographer, and the Head Creative at Khaleegraphy Studios, which is a premium photo studio located in the heart of Abuja, Nigeria.

Coming from a background in Architecture and other creative adventures, transitioning into Photography was a natural step for me. With a desire to photograph landscapes, travel and architecture, I bought my first professional camera in December 2015.

I have since been lucky to work with clients ranging from former Heads of state, to some luxury fashion brands, and some truly wonderful wedding couples, which has helped build a good reputation for the brand Khaleegraphy.

Khaleegraphy Studios was officially opened in November 2019. Our studio space is cozy and private so our clients can relax and enjoy their sessions while hopefully having several cups of tea. We love tea!

Through the years, the photography community in Abuja, and Nigeria at large, has honoured me with a mentorship role and I started my planned annual photography workshop 'In Class With Khaleel' in February 2021.

My ambition is to continue to learn, innovate and to empower the people I photograph, by helping to build their self image/esteem, and to mentor as many young creatives as possible, is also a goal.

I feel very blessed to be a husband and a father to 3 beautiful children!
